Chiangrai

Chiang Rai is in the north of Thailand borders with Burma and Laos. It outstanding with attractions and marvelous architecture. It is also a city with historical importance since the ancient kingdom of Thailand (Chiang Saen and Lanna). It is another cities that is famous for tourism along with Chiang Mai.

-Golden triangle is the border area between 3 countries Thailand, Laos and Myanmar, is a converging triangle area with the Mekong River cutting through.

-White temple (Wat Rong Khun): It is a famous landmark of Chiang Rai Designed and built by khun Chalermchai,  National Artist in Visual Arts (Painting). It began from a small temple which was in a rather deteriorated state, until become a beautiful religious place with architecture and artwork right now. 

-Blue temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten) : It is another landmark in Chiang Rai province. Outstanding with eye-catching architecture.

-Wat Huay Pla Kang: It is one of the famous landmark in Chiang rai. There is a 9-tiered Phra Maha Phob Chok Dhamma Chedi and a replica of the Bodhisattva Guan Yin carved from a large fragrant wood.

-Long neck karen village: where you can learn their unique culture and way of life of hill tribe.
